For better or for worse, I have never felt as I do when I am thinking on Africa. I was a student of International Studies at the University of Chicago when I started this blog.
I'm continuing to think and work. I'm learning Swahili now, and I'm branching out from just agriculture. My first love will always be land use, but I'm radially transitioning to institution building across the continent (and in a variety of sectors) as I try to follow what the development community is doing.
Now I'm in graduate school studying development economics and finance at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London. The goal is to eventually be able to pay for some of my ideas.
